Our refund policy is 15 Days.  To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and/or have the original tags. Proof of purchase must be included in return. If approved,  your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to original method of payment. If you need to exchange item for due to manufacturer defect, send us an email at pdtradingpost@gmail.com and send your item to: 11450 Park Road 5 Canyon Texas United States 79015. Buyer will be responsilbe for all shipping costs.

Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

• All orders are processed within 2-3 business days.
• Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

 

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

 

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

• Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

• Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

 

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

 

Damages

Palo Duro Trading Post is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

 

International Shipping Policy
We currently do not ship outside the U.S.

DO NOT APPLY WITH HEAT ON POLY-COTTON, NYLON OR ANY OTHER SYNTHETIC FIBER MATERIAL. PATCH MUST BE SEWN ONTO SYNTHETIC FIBER MATERIAL.

 

FOR NATURAL FIBER MATERIAL

1. Heat iron on cotton setting

2. Preheat surface of garment by ironing for 10 seconds.

3. Place patch down on heated surface of garment with embroidery face up.

4. Cover with fine cloth and press firmly with iron for 15-20 seconds.

5. Turn garment so that patch is face down and back of the material behind patch is face up. Iron material covering backside of patch for 20 seconds.

 

Note: Since we have no control over your equipment or the garment that this patch is to be applied to, we can not assume responsibiltiy for any damage that may result from heat application of this patch. Application recommended by or in the presence of an adult.
